To the maximum extent permitted by applicable U.S. law, Aarogya Tech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

• Reliance on information or outputs provided

• Device malfunction or misuse
• Delays or interruptions

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aarogya Tech Inc., its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Aarogya Tech may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if continued use poses legal, regulatory, or operational risk.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your personal information.
